The challenge
When FITNESEE’s CEO, René Chlubný, approached us, he had a strong concept but no in-house development team. He needed a trusted partner to bring the platform to life—quickly, without compromising on quality, and with a clear focus on future growth.
The main challenge was to design a platform that could scale dynamically with the number of users and amount of video content, all while keeping operating costs predictable and under control.

Together with the FITNESEE team, we developed and launched the MVP within a few weeks, continuing with agile iterations based on real user feedback.
The result is a full-featured fitness portal offering:
Over 100 on-demand videos
Live streams
Personalized workout plans powered by AI
Robust content management and subscription system
Thanks to its serverless foundation, the platform only uses resources as needed—making it both cost-effective and highly responsive to user demand.
