The challenge
Despite being in business since 1993, JS Lab relied on a mix of paper-based and partially digitized processes to manage orders, denture calculations, billing, medical records, and doctor communication. As the lab scaled, this fragmented setup became inefficient and difficult to maintain.
The CEO, Jiří Sedláček, recognized that digitalization was essential for long-term growth. Having already collaborated with us on their corporate website, JS Lab approached SNXL to help them design and implement a comprehensive digital solution.

We engaged closely with the JS Lab team and future users of the app to gather detailed requirements and ensure the product fit seamlessly into daily operations. Built using Laravel (PHP), Vue.js, and AWS, the application was developed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) to support fast access, offline functionality, and easy scalability.
The result? A fully digitized, streamlined operation that improves both internal efficiency and user satisfaction.
Even better — the solution proved so effective that we identified its potential for productization. Today, the same platform powers MyDentLab, a digital tool now offered to other dental laboratories.
Feedback from users highlights not just the functional gains, but also the simplicity, speed, and user-friendliness of the tool — accelerating adoption and unlocking new growth opportunities for JS Lab and beyond.
