A Seamless Web Experience for Two Audiences — Sustainably

Year
2024
Client
MoroSystems
For MoroSystems, a company that develops custom software, SNXL designed a modern website that speaks to two distinct audiences: technical experts and business decision-makers. The new design reflects a refreshed brand identity, improves usability, and supports sustainability — all while generating high-quality leads.

The challenge
With the launch of MoroSystems Orchestra—a new service helping companies through complex technology and cultural transformations—the company needed a new website.
The existing site didn’t support the new brand, nor did it serve its newly identified business-oriented audience. While technical users sought specific solutions, business users were looking for strategic guidance but didn’t always know what they needed.
MoroSystems needed a site that would:
Balance the needs of both user groups
Align with their new visual identity
Be user-friendly, accessible, and sustainable
Help generate high-quality business leads

The solution
From the outset, SNXL engaged deeply with the MoroSystems team, running joint workshops and mapping user journeys based on predefined personas. This allowed us to design a structure that served both target groups — leading them smoothly toward conversion.
Key steps we took:
Designed detailed wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
Collaborated with a cross-functional client team (marketing, sales, SEO, copywriting, innovation)
Defined roles clearly to ensure smooth content and design integration
Created reusable UI components aligned with brand and lead-gen goals
We also involved real users in testing the high-fidelity prototype, gaining valuable feedback on usability, content clarity, and brand alignment. This iterative loop helped us fine-tune the design before development even started.
Because sustainability is part of our design DNA, we applied our internal sustainability check — auditing performance, accessibility, and ecological impact. We optimized the use of visuals, animations, and fonts to ensure a high-performance, low-impact web experience.
To ensure flawless hand-off, we annotated everything in Figma and held direct consultations with the development team. That personal bridge between design and development ensured the smooth, accurate implementation of our vision.
